ACOW Meeting Dates

ACOW normally meets every month on the Thursday after the first Monday.

Meetings are open to all appraisers, so please plan ahead and come. This is when our appraisal community gathers to set our goals for the future direction of our appraisal program and lays its plans on how to achieve them.

All meetings are held in Seattle and via conference call. If you would like to attend the meeting in person in Tacoma please contact Stan Sidor 48 hours in advance, so we can arrange for you to attend the Seattle meeting via satellite feed.

DIRECTIONS: Seattle Location: By phone via Free Conference Call: (605) 990-0200, Entry Code is 872158# Lamb Hanson Lamb has relocated to its new office at 650 South Orcas Street, immediately east of the US Post Office in Georgetown (Thomas Bros Guide 595-A6) 98108, between Fourth Ave. South and I-5 (Corson Avenue South Exit, #162), just east of the Seattle Design Center. The exit becomes Corson Ave S, turn right (westbound) at the first traffic light onto S Michigan St, right again (northbound) at the next light onto 6th Ave S, then right onto S Orcas St near the Seattle Design Center. If using SR 99, take Michigan Street/East Marginal Way exit eastbound.
Tacoma Location: GVA Kidder Matthews is located in the Wells Fargo Plaza, 1201 Pacific Avenue, Suite 1400, in Tacoma. Driving on I-5, merge onto I-705/ Exit 133 toward City Center. Take the A St. exit on the left toward City Center. Take the S. 15th Street ramp, make a slight left onto S. 15th Street, and then make a right onto Pacific Avenue.
