Appraisal Institute Seattle Chapter

We work in partnership with the Seattle Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, a global association of residential and commercial real estate appraisers with representation in approximately 60 countries around the world, the largest national professional association offering education and designation credentialing for appraisers, and the largest publisher of real estate appraisal literature in the world. Our Board of Directors is comprised of 13 individuals, one of which is a representing member of the Seattle Chapter, and this ensures our organizations work in conjunction with supporting each other's goals and furthering the communication network among members throughout the state, in benefit of appraisers and those seeking to enter the profession throughout the state. 

National Association of Appraisers (NAA)

Board of Governors

The Coalition is a member of the NAA Board of Governors. This relationship extends membership with the NAA to members of our organization, providing access to a leading organization dedicated to professional development and recognition of appraisers across the nation. The NAA unites appraisers nationwide, amplifying our voices and offering a network of appraisal professionals who are committed to advocacy for appraisers in national and local laws, regulations, rules and lender policy that affects our profession and livelihood. The Appraisal Foundation

Foundation Partner

In 2025, the Coalition was proud to be named a Partner of The Appraisal Foundation (TAF), which is comprised of nonprofit organizations that have committed to work together to uphold public trust in the appraisal profession through communication and collaboration. TAF is the nation's foremost authority on the valuation profession, setting the standards and qualifications that guide appraisers and protect public trust.
