Our strategic focus on the advancement of the appraisal profession in Washington State is driven by unifying our collective voice to enact meaningful change, foster transparency, and build public and stakeholder trust. By delivering proactive, clear, and timely communication, we empower our members to help shape policy and promote the essential role of appraisers in real estate. Our goal is to bridge our advocacy, education, and research efforts not only with Coalition members, but members of the public, government regulatory agencies, local Representatives and legislators, and our Advocacy Partners.
